Hi Grug,
Unfortunately, DropBox, uses an extra layer of proprietary encryption, and will need to be reinstalled after the migration.

Rename current DropBox local folders.
Uninstall DropBox

DropBox Metadata Clean Up
- Remove any left over folders in the ProgramFiles(x86) directory.
- Rename dropbox folders in %appdata% local and %appdata% roaming.
- Reg Key thing in Explorer Shell
Fresh Install
- Reboot
- Fresh Install
