DUO & ITGlue MFA
Synopsis: Outline of requirements for incorporating Duo with the OTOP feature of IT Glue.

Intro: We use Duo MFA everywhere, and also use IT-Glue everywhere. Admin accounts often use MFA, and ITGLUE has a feature for generating rolling tokens which can be used with DUO. This document relies heavily on the preexisting duo documentation, but provides extra info for first time use.

OTP Seed
- An OTP seed is required. We're creating a virtual hard token for use between both apps. Neither app has a built-in way to do this.
- https://www.token2.com/shop/page/totp-toolset - is a lovely 3rd party tool that is cabable of generating these tokens.

Recommendations
- Give the hardware token a relevant serial name for your colleagues: "Token2-ITGlue-DATE"
- Lots of warnings on the web about time drift for these codes. Unsure yet of rotation requirements.
